| GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE TOUR OPERATOR The ticket for a tour entitles the client to transportation, entrance fees and meals where specified. Extras are not included. Children till 4 years of age are carried free (meals to be paid by adult in charge); between 5 and 9 years of age will pay 50% of the normal price. The tour operator merely acts as intermediary between passenger and restaurants or transportation and may in no way be held legally responsible for failure or accident resulting from these services. Insurance required by Portuguese Law. All tours and prices are subject to change without notice. The tour operator reserves the right to use minibus or private car. Excursions may be cancelled due to weather conditions or event beyond our control or according to the number of participants. For walking and levada tours we recommend the use of mountain boots or sport shoes, parker/raincoat, and hat and sun protection. Picnic s are optional. Eira do Serrado - Viewpoint (1094m) overlooking the valley of Curral das Freiras village, (olden day nun's refuge) Visit to this village. Monte - Village in the suburbs of Funchal. Visit the Parish church. The famous sledge ride - toboggan - can be made until Livramento (this is optional and not included in price). Visit to a private wine cellar to taste the Madeira Wines (except on Sunday & public holidays) |

Portela - Viewpoint at 670 metres over Penha D’Águia (Eagle Rock). Ponta de São Lourenço, stop to see a magnificent view of the most eastern point of the island. Visit the light house (view point) to see the south coast of the island. Stop for lunch. Return to Funchal passing through Paul da Serra and Bica da Cana with a stop at Vinháticos. |

Levada – A walk along an irrigation channel for people of all ages (about 45 minutes). |

A DAY ON THE GOLDEN ISLAND OF PORTO SANTO Price Including Lunch €95 + tax, Price Without Lunch € 80+ tax (Everyday except: Winter: Tuesday and Friday – Summer: Friday) Includes: Return transfers from Hotel / Harbour / Hotel in Funchal. This afternoon ends with a delicious afternoon tea. |

A DAY AT THE GARDENS - Price €45 plus Garden Entrance Fees (Tuesday / Saturday –Full Day) Botanical Garden – fascinating world of plants, trees and flowers where you can admire about 3,000 species, some endemic and some imported from all over the world. Afterwards we take the cable car up to Monte. Stop for Lunch. Monte Palace Garden – One of the most beautiful gardens in the island where you can admire a Japanese garden, a lake with Japanese Koi fish, Portuguese tiles from the XVII e XVIII centuries and about 60 types of cycads from South Africa. |

FUNCHAL WALKING CITY TOUR - Price €15 (Friday 9h45 – aprox. 2h30m) Departure from the Cathedral Old Town (Zona Velha) – Narrow, cobbled lanes, old buildings, renovated fishermen's cottages, pavement restaurants, and art and craft shops. Farmers Market –This market is full of colors and scents from the local flowers and fruits on display. Embroidery Factory – an ancient craft, the Madeira embroidery is a souvenir searched by the visitors, both by its beauty and its perfection. Wine Lodges: opportunity to taste the worldwide famous Madeira wine. |
